Отзыв на Grand S Hotel 4

Hotel not deserve 4 stars.
First of all I ordered transfer from airport to hotel, they approved and promised organize car at the time. I came to airport - no one. Start searching my taxi driver - no success. After that I had call to the hotel and they answered that they dont know this order and also they havent opportunity urgently organize transfer for me. Ok, i find other taxi and finally came to the hotel. First day housekeeper came and started asking money for her work. She said: if u want change towels and sheets - u have to pay. But this services hotel provide for free, and i dont know why managers didnt teach employees how they should work in 4 stars hotel. For 12 days she changed sheets 2 times.
Breakfasts all 12 days were the same, not tasty and from 7 to 10 a.m.
On the 4 floor wifi didnt work, therefore we were forced to go to the lobby to catch internet.
In the room conditioner worked only on warm, dont know how people live there in the summer.
Also they are located little bit far from center.

In other things they are not so bad. They have well designed rooms, good view from the window, new furniture and electronics. Except housekeeper - staff was friendly and middle level of helpful.

Next time i think i prefer to stay in other hotel.
