Petersburg, as well as the owner of my own travel studio.
Over the past years, I have visited dozens of hotels in Turkey of different categories, so I can make objective comparisons.
Currently, I am staying at Vogue Hotel Supreme Bodrum.
And if service is your key criterion when choosing a hotel, I will be honest: this option can be ruled out immediately.
The quality of service here leaves much to be desired from the very moment of check-in.
As alternatives, I would suggest:


• Titanic Luxury Collection Bodrum — perfect beach and excellent service.


• Voyage Torba — a great family option with truly caring service.


• For a more budget-friendly choice — take a look at Susona and The Norm Collection nearby.


• For those looking for a villa-style vacation — Rixos Bodrum is highly recommended.
My experience at Vogue Hotel Supreme Bodrum





Arrival and Guest Reception


Service starts with the first impression — and here, it’s completely absent.
In any reputable hotel, bellboys take your luggage, you are greeted with a welcome drink, and there’s a feeling of hospitality.
At Vogue, none of that: no one helped with the bags, no greeting — you are left entirely on your own.
Accommodation


We booked two rooms: a Family Room in the bungalow area and a Corner Suite in the main building.


• For the Family Room, I specifically requested a certain bungalow location in advance.
In other hotels (and I’ve stayed in many), such requests are usually honored.
Here, they were ignored.
We ended up in another part of the property (room 2237), which fortunately suited us, but the lack of attention to guest preferences is telling.
Restaurants & Beach Service


Simply put, there is no proper service.
In a hotel that claims to be a premium 5-star property, chaos reigns: waiters mix up orders or sometimes don’t bring them at all.
I have not seen this level even in lower-category hotels.
For a premium resort, this is absolutely unacceptable.
Staff


The only employee who made a professional impression and genuinely assisted guests was Darya Berna Cimen.
Housekeeping staff also did a decent job.
But overall, the team is the weakest link.
If I were management, I would seriously reconsider the personnel structure.
Positive Aspects


• Green grounds — The hotel is set on a large, lush territory with well-kept paths, flowerbeds, and shaded areas.
Pleasant to walk around day or night.


• Rooms — Fresh, modern, and spacious.
Interiors in calm tones, new furniture and fixtures, no signs of wear.


• Beach — Crystal-clear water and picturesque views.
Convenient entry, plenty of space for everyone.
Still, proper wooden sunbeds with mattresses would better suit a hotel of this level.


• Food — The cuisine is quite good: nice selection of dishes, quality ingredients.
If restaurant service matched the kitchen, the impression would be excellent.


• Candyland — The main ace up Vogue’s sleeve.
A children’s park and waterpark that can be called one of the best not only in Bodrum but in all of Turkey among hotels.
The scale, variety, and quality are outstanding.
Families come here mainly for Candyland — and it truly lives up to expectations.


• Sports facilities — For active guests, there’s a strong infrastructure: 8 tennis courts and 4 padel courts.
Conclusion


Vogue Hotel Supreme Bodrum could have been a property to easily outshine competitors like Voyage and Titanic.
It boasts strong advantages: fresh rooms, beautiful grounds, a great beach, a spectacular Candyland, and solid sports infrastructure.
But all of these are overshadowed by the poor service — from check-in to restaurant operations.
If the hotel manages to fix this key issue, it could rise to the top in Bodrum.
