In mid-July of this year, my wife and I were fortunate enough to once again immerse ourselves in the paradise-like atmosphere of this wonderful hotel, this beloved island, accompanied by our friends from the hotel service. If in my previous review I enthusiastically praised the attitude of the entire staff, this time our experience exceeded all expectations and became even more vivid.





I would especially like to express my immense gratitude for organizing an unforgettable adventure! Even before our arrival, I contacted the boss of the Amjay diving center about an excursion to see the manta rays, doubting whether we would be lucky enough to see them. His response was reassuring: "The probability is very high, I would say about 99%, but not 100%." In the end, reality surpassed all promises! It wasnt 99% or even 100%, but a full 200%! Unlike the dive centers of other hotels, the Amjay team made incredible efforts to find as many manta rays as possible for us and to show us this miracle without the rush and large crowds of tourists. It is truly unforgettable! A huge thank you to you, Amjay, and your professional team!


If youre not on an excursion, you can spend the whole day swimming in a giant "aquarium," among a great multitude of colorful fish, reef sharks, and, of course, meeting old acquaintances—this time we saw the three-legged turtle again and encountered Napoleon several times. In the evenings, there are discos, live music performed by invited bands, or open-air movie screenings on a large screen.


We also sincerely thank our good friend and top food manager, Tharanga, for the consistently warm and hospitable welcome! The chef of the Madi restaurant, Julian, for the culinary mastery of his cooks. Our hyperactive and tireless head waiter, Madi Susil, for his impeccable work. And, of course, front office manager Pradeep for his attentiveness and efficiency!


But the main gratitude goes to the entire team of Ellaidhoo Maldives by Cinnamon for that unique atmosphere of warmth and care that surrounds you everywhere here and reminds you of home!!!





We wholeheartedly hope that we will be able to return to this dear corner of the planet many more times.
