Stayed at the hotel from 31 December to 3 January due to the convenience of the location. Were very disappointed with the stay there.

Small rooms with old furniture, ugly mirror on the wall, as if brought from a garbage can, a small cramped bathroom. The recent design renovation of the restaurant apparently want to hide the meager breakfasts with the cheapest and low-grade products that do not correspond to the cost and level of a 4-star hotel.

Our stay we booked and paid in full in advance through the website IНG.com ahhh! But when leaving the hotel we were presented with an additional bill in the amount of 23 euros for payment of city tax. We did not know about this payment and were not warned on arrival. We asked him to explain what it is. On this our question the employee of a reception swore: "scheisse" also called the Manager who also in very rough form demanded immediate payment and threatened with police. We were shocked!

It is not clear how the hotel allows this to the guests, who for their money have to hear more and insults!!!

We urge everyone not to stay at this hotel. For less money in Germany you can get much more service than here and a much better attitude to yourself!
