I have never meet so awful hotel, it’s very far from halal hotel. In the evening here is shouting music kind for alcoholic and drug addicted with destroying words like Prodigy, after this party all the people going to their rooms so loud, so shouting, some of them stay till late night smoking and laughing, till the time you ask reception to stop it. My children can’t sleep here well, always wake up and crying during the night. Also in the canteen is very loud, too many people speak very loud, babies crying, children running. I’m really shocked. At 10 am starts crazy animation, they become to yell for the whole territory like psycho and also with destroying your brain music, even closed door of balcony can’t save you from this.


Also want to say about children room, how dirty it is, it’s awful, it’s dangerous to come in, all toys are broken. Muslim children are walking and shouting here till midnight, I don’t understand how it comes? Ladies smoking, Muslim ladies!!!


About cleaning: coming in our room I noticed, nails on the floor, I don’t know how they do cleaning here, towels seems that not washed, seems they give back dirty.


Pillows like balloons, very difficult to sleep. Mattress is really very soft, my neck and back always painful after nights.


Staff don’t know English at all. if you turn on button “don’t disturb” they anyway knocking the door (waking up your baby)! you can’t ask any help without googletranslator.





So this is not the place for rest, you will never rest here!!!





About food I don’t even want to write here, because all the week all my family were struggling with intestinal infection.





Yes here is a huge amount of food, different kinds, you can find also a healthy food between a lot of chemicals, harmful food.





Very big plus that water is everywhere, you are not afraid to be thirsty. But if you want to drink fresh juice you need to pay. And chemicals drinks for free. Thanks that water is for free.
