The service is terrible. 1. No internet in room, in lobby most of the time also. 2. No umbrella on the beach, you will be grilled under the sun. 3. No kettle no tea and coffe in the room. 4. You ask red wine in restoran they bring you white. You ask black tea they bring you green. You ask coffe they forget and dont bring it at all. 5. To get food in restorant you have stay in queue. 6. Very small choice of food and some of seafoods is not good. 7. The people are not friendly and served you like they make big favor for you. 8. The cocktails on the bar is not nice at all, a lot of ice and anything inside. 9. Most of the time they dont have drinks on the bar during the day. 10. The hotel dont prupose you any tours or excursions, we was take it from the guys on the beach. All tours are big cheating: there are no any dolphins on the dolphin tour, no any corrals on snorkling tour, only you can see ugly and dirty stone town and prison island here) when you are going for dolphin and snorkling tours you will get 3 hours in the car they will bring you to another beach and back and 2 hours in ugly boat in the sea doing nothing- this is the tour. 11. The oxtail meat is not grilled enough, its raw inside. We had a stomach upset there.
