Отзыв на Golden Spring 3

Terrible!!! I have booked the hotel Golden Spring Ha Noi from 23-25.01.2015 by agoda.com. And have payed by bank card. My flight was delight for one day and i could not come 23.01 when i arrived to the hotel next day(24.01.2015) reception lady told me that i did not come yesterday and they have no available room, the resell my room. I told how can it be?!?!? I have payed already!!! But she told me that she can not help me, just to find another hotel, off course she did not back my money. It was my the last day in Ha Noi, 25.01 i had morning flight to Russia and had money just for to reach airport. So, i spend the night sleeping in the airport!!!! For sure, i would not recommend this hotel!!! They do not care about their clients at all!
